Style Kristallweizen

A traditional filtered wheat beer. Similar to it's cloudier relative in nearly every way aside from it's brilliant clarity. The yeast, now removed post filtration, still leaves behind flavors and aromas of banana and clove with a lighter mouthfeel and a crisp finish.
