Style Belgian Strong Dark Ale

Brewed in collaboration with Tin Man Filling Station in El Paso. This Belgian Strong Ale is brewed with Abbey, Biscuit, and Belgian malts. Along with Belgian yeast, these provide flavors and aromas of clove, plum, raisin and caramel. The wine flavor from the high ABV is balanced out by aging on cherries. The result is a high octane, yet highly drinkable ale.
