Style Lager - Euro Strong

A collaboration with brewmaster Adolfo Diaz-Llaneza of Cerveza Indajani and musician Miky Huidobro of Cerveza Saque Mate, which blends together our rich Mexican and Texas heritage. This deep golden, high gravity Munich-style Lager is fermented with the help of Mexican agave nectar and Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit. It is then aged on grapefruit peel to add a zest that balances out this strong and smooth brew.
