Our Head Brewer, Craig Rowan, has crafted an Irish Red named for his mother's family, that celebrates his heritage. This red ale is a blend of Irish, German and American ingredients; just like Craig! Maris Otter and German crystal malts are complimented by East Kent Goldings and American Willamette hops, and fermented with Irish Ale yeast. The result is a highly drinkable ale with hints of caramel and a toasty finish. "Here's to a long life and a merry one. A quick death and an easy one. A pretty girl and an honest one. A cold pint and another one!"
