Altstadt Beer Bread
- 3 cups Self-rising Flour
- 12oz Altstadt Lager
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ cup (1 Stick) Melted Butter
- Allow beer to come to room temperature.
- Mix flour, sugar and Altstadt Light.
- Pour mixture into a greased and lightly floured loaf pan.
- Pour melted butter over the top and bake at 375° for 45–55 min.
