Altstadt Beer Bread


  • 3 cups Self-rising Flour
  • 12oz Altstadt Lager
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ cup (1 Stick) Melted Butter


  1. Allow beer to come to room temperature.
  2. Mix flour, sugar and Altstadt Light.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased and lightly floured loaf pan.
  4. Pour melted butter over the top and bake at 375° for 45–55 min.
